15-5 PH Stainless Steel

Type 15-5 PH (Precipitation Hardened) stainless steel is a modified version of 17-4 PH. It has a more refined microstructure resulting from the re-melting process. The refined structure adds to the toughness, especially in the transverse direction of the material. Type 15-5 PH has excellent corrosion resistance, good fabricating characteristics and low temperature hardening.
