347 Stainless Steel

Type 347 stainless steel is a columbium (niobium) stabilized 18-8 stainless steel with improved inter-granular corrosion resistance. Performs well in high temperature service and demonstrates excellent weldability in the field, but also may be susceptible to chloride stress cracking.
